In view of the guidelines of this Court dated 7.4.2021, the bail applications have been directed to be heard through video conferencing.
Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State through video conferencing.
The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed with a prayer to grant an anticipatory bail to the applicants, Meenu @ Beenu, Sethi, Gandhi, Pawan, in Case Crime No.0023 of 2017, under Sections- 323, 325, 504, 506 & 427 I.P.C., Police Station- Khandauli, District- Agra, during pendency of trial.
Learned A.G.A. has pointed out that this application has been filed without disclosing the correct facts. The F.I.R. was lodged against the applicants on 6.1.2017 and charge-sheet has been submitted against them on 30.1.2017 and cognizance has been taken on 25.5.2017. All the applicants have criminal history to their credits, which has also been concealed in the bail application.
In view of above, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicants.
It is accordingly rejected.
