Heard Sri Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State through video conference. We have perused the e-copy of the file.
The petitioner is the original accused after the civil suits came to be instituted by the respondent. It appears that even before waiting for the outcome of the civil suits, the complainant has lodged First Information Report on 1.8.2020 registered as Case Crime No.0675 of 2020 in Police Station, Kotwali, Distt. Farrukhabad under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of I.P.C.
We are told by Sri Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already been granted anticipatory bail but the police are harassing the petitioner.
We fail to understand that once anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioner by the concerned Court, how the police can arrest/harass the petitioner? Even if the person is arrested, the police has to release the accused on bail.
With these observations, this petition stand disposed of without notice to the other side.
