Heard the learned counsel for the contemnor as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the first respondent.
2.Today when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader has brought to the notice of this Court that on 18.01.2017, as per the instructions of the Project Director, it was informed through mail to the respondents 2 and 3 to open the user id for m/s.meenakshi mission hospital, madurai and thus, the interim order of this Court has been complied with by the first respondent.
3.Since the first respondent has complied with the order of this Court, which is also accepted by the learned Senior counsel for the petitioner, this Contempt Petition is closed.
