Shri Mishra for the petitioner submits that petitioner's representation pursuant to the Court order was rejected only when new policy dated 5/7/2011 has been followed by the State. Therefore, petitioner is confining her challenge to non-granting of benefit there under. Hence notice for final disposal returnable on 8/1/2013. Direct service permitted.
