Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.C. Dwivedi, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.
Pursuant to the order dated 8.3.2018 learned Standing Counsel has produced a copy of the instructions received by him, which is taken on record.
Present writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:
"I) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent no. 3 i.e. Divisional Deputy Director of Education, Madhyamik, Panchkuiya, Agra, District Agra to pass an appropriate order upon the application dated 03.01.2018 moved by the petitioner in regard to enter her name in her husband's service records very expeditiously without unreasonable delay.
II) issue any other writ order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper on the basis of facts and circumstances of the case.
III) Award the cost of writ petition to the petitioner."
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition.
Prayer aforesaid is granted.
This writ petition is, accordingly, dismised Order Date :- 30.3.2018 p.s.
