Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The primary prayer made in the writ petition, reads thus:
"i- issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned first information report dated 25.06.2017 registered as Case Crime No. 1291 of 2017, under section 363, 366 I.P.C., Police Station Mehandawal, District Sant Kabir Nagar."
Mr. Syed Ali Murtaza, learned AGA, on instructions, submits that a Charge Sheet bearing no. 01/2018 dated 09.01.2018, has already been filed, and in view thereof, this petition renders infructuous.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous. It is, however, open to the petitioners to take appropriate remedy, if they so desire and are advised, for appropriate relief.
