The writ petition has been filed for issue of mandamus directing the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to restrain the respondent No. 5 and thus for creating any hindrance in peaceful possession of the petitioner over House No. 69/2A, Mohalla Chhote Lal Kushwaha Nagar (Sarai Lala), Allahabad.
It is an essentially a mandamus against a private person and is not maintainable before this Court.
As prayed, list this matter on 26.06.2019 before the appropriate Bench, as fresh.
