Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
This petition has been preferred for a direction commanding the respondents to permit the petitioner to resume her duties as Aganwadi Sahaika. The attention of the Court is drawn to a show cause notice dated 25 January 2017 in terms of a supplementary affidavit filed today and which is stated to have not been decided till date.
In view of the above, learned Standing Counsel states that the proceedings initiated in terms of the show cause notice shall be disposed of in accordance with law and with expedition. It is further submitted that the claim of the petitioner shall be duly considered after these proceedings are finalized.
Accordingly, the writ petition shall stand disposed of in the light of the statement as noted above.
