Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the first information report dated 19.8.2021 registered as Case Crime No. 0177 of 2021, under Sections 363, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S.- Ghughli, District- Maharajganj.
Learned counsel for the petitioners makes a statement at Bar that the petitioner no. 1 is major and her date of birth is 14.3.2000. He further apprised that statement of the petitioner no. 1 under Section 164 Cr.P.C. as well as medical examination for determination of her age have already been ensured in the present matter.
In the facts and circumstances, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending for consideration and on consent, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to Magistrate concerned to proceed in accordance with law under Section 169 Cr.P.C.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioners alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said persons (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court shall verify the authenticity of such computerised copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
