Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
The present petition has been filed for direction upon the court of Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), Kaushambi to decide Suit No.593 of 2015 (Kaisari Begam Vs. Meena and others), within stipulated period.
From the order-sheet of the case it appears that applications are pending for decision in the suit and the matter is not yet ripe for final arguments. Under the circumstances, no specific direction need be issued. It is expected that the court shall proceed with the suit in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observation, the petition is disposed off.
