JUDGMENT / ORDER

The limited relief sought for by the petitioner is a direction to the second respondent to consider and finally dispose of Ext.P5 application for setting aside Ext.P4 judgment which was passed ex-parte. Though the application is filed within time the petitioner complains that, no orders have been passed thereon till date. At the same time, Ext.P6 Revenue Recovery proceedings have been initiated. 2. In view of the above, it is sufficient that this writ petition is disposed of, directing Ext.P5 to be considered and disposed of. I do not consider it necessary to issue notice to the other respondents in view of the limited relief that is granted.
This writ petition is, therefore, disposed of directing the second respondent to consider Ext.P5 petition in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of one month of the date 2 O.P.(DRT).No.102 of 2014 of production of a copy of this judgment by the petitioner. All further proceedings on the basis of Ext.P6 shall be kept in abeyance until Ext.P5 is finally disposed of.
