JUDGMENT / ORDER

In both these cases interim applications were filed by the petitioners seeking permission to withdraw these writ petitions with liberty to approach this court again. It is stated in the affidavit filed in support of the interim applications that, requests were made before the respondent Board and before the Government for reviewing the stand with respect to the hike in the amount of pole rental charged for cable T.V operators. It is stated that there is possibility of the Board as well as the Government re-considering the hike on the basis of the request made.
2. Under the above mentioned circumstances, these writ petitions are permitted to be withdrawn with liberty reserved to the petitioners to challenge further decision if any taken in this matter.
