JUDGMENT / ORDER

Shri Nilesh M. Shah, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicants has stated at the bar that he has no further instructions in the matter. It is to be noted that the present Civil Revision Application is of the year 2004. Under the circumstances, the present Civil Revision Application is dismissed for non-prosecution for want of instructions to the advocate. Rule is discharged. Interim relief granted earlier, if any, stands vacated forthwith.
