Office has put a note of heir of the deceased petitioner who has taken back all the papers from the advocate of the petitioner stating specifically that she is not desirous to proceed with the matter through advocate who represented the petitioner. However, no arrangement appears to have been made by the heir concerned, therefore, notice be issued to the petitioner to be made returnable on 22nd February 2012.
