HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.34950 of 2011 ORDER:
This writ petition is instituted alleging that first respondent has not considered the application of the petitioner in file No.112/2802/97-FF(HC)(A)-1, dated 14.11.1997 for grant of Freedom Fighters Pension under Swatantrata Sainik Samman Pension Scheme, 1980.
2. Along with the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the first respondent, order No.112/2802/97-FF(HC), dated 20/30.07.2012 is enclosed. By the said proceedings, the request of the petitioner for grant of pension was rejected. In view of the fact that orders are already passed, cause in the writ petition does not survive. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to take further course of action as warranted in law. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
