The petitioner seeks for consideration of Ext.P7 representation. Father of the petitioner admittedly, has taken a loan from the 3rd respondent which was defaulted and recovery proceedings were initiated against the petitioner. The petitioner was granted an interim order by this Court on 04.07.2013, by which sale was adjourned for a period of one month. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is still in possession of the property and no proceedings were taken, in view of Ext.P9 recommendation. If any proceedings are taken under Ext.P9, definitely, recovery shall be subject to the decision taken under Ext.P9. With the above observation, the writ petition is closed.
