This Contempt petition is filed to punish the contemnors / respondents for their wilful and disodedience of the order of this Court made in W.P.(MD).No.9033 of 2017 dated 17.05.2017.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the Government has already issued G.O.(Ms).No.113, Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries (FS-3) Department, dated 16.05.2017. It is further submitted that the ban period is already over and they would implement the order in letter and spirit in the coming ban period as per law.
