Today, the petitioner has filed an affidavit of Undertaking before this Court. Para 3 of the affidavit states as under:
''3 I undertake to vacate from the above premises, namely, No.9, New Door No.18, Selvanathan Street, Chetpet, Chennai 600 031 and hand over vacant possession of the same to the respondent herein or to anyone else as this Court may be pleased to direct me to on or before 30.4.2018.'' 2 The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has to vacate and hand over the premises on or before 1.5.2018 and the petitioner also has to pay adhoc compensation for the period 1.7.2017 to 30.4.2018.
3 The learned counsel for the petitioner would fairly accepted the request of the counsel for the respondent to pay adhoc compensation of Rs.500/- per month to the subsequent purchaser namely Jayakumari on or before 10th day of every succeeding calender month.
4 In view of the undertaking given by the counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has to vacate and hand over the premises to the respondent on or before 30.4.2018 and pay adhoc compensation of Rs.500/- per month to the subsequent purchaser namely Jayakumari on or before 10th day of every succeeding calender month, in default of payment of adhoc compensation of Rs.500/- per month, the respondent is permitted to proceed with the Execution Petition.
5 The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
