JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the direction given by this Court in W.P.No.4241 of 2016, vide order dated 08.02.2016, directing the respondent herein to consider the case of the petitioner in the furture vacancies that may arise immediately and before he becomes over aged.
2.It is stated that the petitioner has also completed Apprenticeship Course at Nesamony Transport Corporation Ltd., at Nagercoil, for which he has also been issued with Apprenticeship Certificate on 24.01.1997.
3.Mr.P.Paramasivadoss, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent/Transport Corporation submitted that at the time of any vacancy arises, the case of the petitioner would be considered by granting due relaxation of two years as he is in possession of Apprenticeship Certificate. It is made clear that at the time of any future vacancy, which is going to be filed by the respondent, if the petitioner is able to produce the Apprenticeship Certificate, he would be granted two years relaxation.
4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Transport Corporation, the contempt petition is closed.
