Narasimha Reddy) This contempt case is filed alleging that the respondent did not comply with the order dated 27-09-2013 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 14387 of 2013.
The contempt case has undergone several adjournments. Obviously, on account of the developments that have taken place during the pendency of the contempt case, this petitioner is not evincing any interest.
We, therefore, close the contempt case. There shall be no order as to costs.
