JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed an appeal before the State Information Commission for the disclosure of information.
We dispose of the petitioner by permitting the petitioner to move the State Information Commission for expediting the hearing and in case such an application is filed, it shall be duly considered in accordance with law.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
