Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the State-respondents.
The petitioner is before this Court with a request to decide his representations dated 07.04.2018 and 30.01.2021 addressed to third respondent-Deputy Inspector General of Police, Central Reserve Police Force, Langjing, Imphal Manipur and revise pension of the petitioner in accordance with order dated 24.08.2015 passed by 2nd Financial Up-gradation Scheme.
Shri P.K. Singh, learned counsel for the respondents has placed instruction dated 24.03.2021. On the basis of averment mentioned therein, he submits that petitioner has retired on 31.12.2016 from 27 Bn, CRPF located at Bawana Camp, New Delhi and he has arrayed Director General of Police, CRPF, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi and Deputy Inspector General, GC, CRPF, Langjing, Imphal (Manipur), therefore no cause of action arises under the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to indicate any cause of action occurring within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. The preliminary objection is upheld. No cause arisen within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.
The writ petition is not maintainable. It is, accordingly,
dismissed.
This order will not preclude the petitioner to file a fresh petition before the Court having territorial jurisdiction.
