When this Writ Petition was listed for hearing on 22.12.2014, none appeared for the petitioners and hence the matter was directed to be listed for today under the caption ‘For Orders’. Even today also, though the matter is listed under the caption ‘For Orders’, none appeared for the petitioners nor is made representation on their behalf. In the circumstances, this Court has left with no other alternative except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non-prosecution.
The Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
