However, the matter is taken up after notice to the petitioner treating the same as day’s list.
Going by the statement and averment in the writ petition, we are of the view that no Writ of Habeas Corpus can be issued, as admitted case of the petitioner is that his wife has run away from him. Whether she has run away lawfully or not can be scrutinized by the appropriate forum and not by this Court.
Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance.
