Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Information and Technology appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 3 and 4.
The present writ petition is filed with the grievance that though the petitioner is allotted Mee-seva Centre, he is not given password and connectivity.
On 18.02.2014, interim directions were issued in this writ petition. It is now reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the password as well as the connectivity has since been given and the petitioner’s Mee-seva Centre is functioning.
In view of same, nothing further requires to be adjudicated in the writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as no further orders are necessary. There shall be no order as to costs.
The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
