ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the inaction of respondent No.4 in conducting survey and demarcation of land in Sy.No.74/8 of Mahendra Hills, Maredpally, Secunderabad, as illegal and arbitrary.
At the hearing, Mr. Rama Rao Immaneni, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his client to file a contempt case for alleged violation of order dated 24.08.2012 in W.P.No.18719 of 2012.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel, W.P.M.P.No.1022 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
