Order:
This Writ Petition is filed with the grievance that respondent Nos.2 to 5 have not been ratifying the admission of the petitioner, who is a student of B.Tech. II year, into B.Tech III year through lateral entry on the ground that he belongs to outside State.
At the hearing, it is not disputed by Sri A.Abhisekh Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.5, that a similar issue was resolved by this Court by order, dated 14.08.2013, in Writ Petition No.23913 of 2013, which was followed by separate orders, dated 31.01.2014, in Writ Petition No.2554 of 2014 and Writ Petition No.32797 of 2014 and batch.
In view of the above-noted orders, which have attained finality, this Writ Petition is allowed as prayed for in terms thereof with the direction that the reasons and directions contained therein shall form part of this order.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.4528 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
