The prayer in this petition is that respondents be restrained from raising construction of Panchyatghar at Plot No. 160 because by raising of such construction the 'rasta' of the petitioners to his plot Nos. 156 and 158 will be blocked.
Such grievance can appropriately be addressed by the second respondent (Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil-Handia, District- Prayagraj).
In view of the above, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition by giving liberty to the petitioners to represent their cause before the second respondent (Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil-Handia, District-Prayagraj).
If any such representation is filed, the same shall be decided expeditiously in accordance with law after calling for a report from the concerned authority, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of such application along with copy of this order.
It is made clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
