It has come out from the instructions that the petitioner suffers from defect in his big toes which has been defined as Halluxvalgus and has therefore been declared unfit.
Learned counsel for the petitioner says that he had got himself examined and had been found medically fit.
A perusal of page 82 of the writ petition shows that the petitioner was examined at Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Government Hospital, Pandeypur, Varanasi and he has been found to be suffering from Gout.
This Court does not find any good ground to show any interference in the orders passed by the respondent declaring him unfit.
The writ petition is dismissed.
The instructions are kept on record.
