Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents.
The petitioner claims himself to be a Constable in 36th Battalion PAC, Ramnagar, Varanasi. When the 100 Dial Scheme was launched, the petitioner was engaged for a period of one year as a Driver. During his working in dial 100 Scheme, he developed some medical problem in the eye and his eye was operated upon and now the petitioner has made a representation to the authority concerned that the period of one year is over and he has problem in his eyes, he should be repatriated to his parent department, which application has remained pending and has not been decided so far.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.2 to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as far as possible, within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is presented before it.
