This Criminal Petition is filed to quash proceedings in CC.No.
246 of 2011 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Banswada, Nizamabad district for alleged offences under section 498-A, 323, 506 IPC and section 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
2. Heard both sides.
3. As seen from the record this case is at the stage of admission and no notice is ordered to the defacto complainant and it is at that stage since 2012. As the CC is of the year 2011, I feel instead of proceeding further in the matter, this criminal petition can be disposed of directing the petitioner to urge all these grounds before trial court and avail all the remedies available under law including filing of discharge petition and trial court shall consider the same and decide on merits.
4. With the above observation, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.
