ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.2 is not disposing of the stay application filed by him in the appeal filed against order, dated 25.11.2014, of respondent No.3 cancelling his fair price shop authorization.
A perusal of the record shows that questioning the order, dated 25.11.2014, of respondent No.3, the petitioner filed an appeal before respondent No.2 on 27.12.2014 After waiting for one day, he has filed the present Writ Petition on 29.12.2014.
In my opinion, the petitioner has approached this Court in a great hurry without even giving reasonable time for respondent No.2 to consider the stay application. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as pre-mature, with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court after giving respondent No.2 sufficient time for disposal of the stay application.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.51095 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
