JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ramachandran Nair, J. The petitioner, a devotee of the Puthiyedam Sree Krishna Swamy Temple, Kanjoor, approached this Court after filing Ext.P3 representation seeking various reliefs. The annual festival of the temple was due to be held by the end of March, 2014. One of the aspects raised in the Writ Petition was regarding the alleged violation of custom in the conduct of `Para Ezhunnellippuu' on the Arattu day.
2. After hearing both sides, this Court passed an interim order dated 24.03.2014 recognising the action taken by the respondents. It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the Board and the learned counsel appearing for the Temple Advisory Committee that the festival is over and no further orders are called for at this stage. The learned counsel for the petitioner thus prayed for a direction to the Special Devaswom Commissioner to dispose of Ext.P3 representation expeditiously.
W.P(c) No.7911 of 2014-L 2
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the Committee Sri Raghuraj that two complaints filed by the petitioner and his wife before the learned Ombudsman are pending and therefore no further directions are called for in this Writ Petition.
We therefore close the Writ Petition. The petitioner can pursue the above complaints before the learned Ombudsman.
