No infraction of the Kerala Court Fees and Suits Valuation Act or the Court Fees and Suits Valuation (Board of Revenue) Rules, 1960 has been pointed out. There can therefore be no inhibition in law in using old stamp papers for the purpose of paying the balance court fee. The order dated 06.02.2014 in O.S. No. 152/2013 on the file of the court of the Munsiff of Hosdurg is set aside. The court below is directed to accept the stamp paper bearing Sl. No. 2537 produced along with the memo dated 31.10.2013 and proceed with the suit as per law.
