This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the order and direction issued in W.P.(MD) No.12307 of 2012 dated 02.08.2013.
2.The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submitted that by order dated 17.02.2014, passed by the Director of Municipal Administration, the order of this Court dated 02.08.2013, made in W.P.(MD) No.12307 of 2012 has been complied.
3.Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the order dated 17.02.2014, has not been communicated to the petitioners, the respondents are directed to communicate the same to them by registered post with acknowledgment due within a period of two weeks from today.
