JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in view of the disposal of civil suit in O.S.47 of 2014 on the file of Sub Court, Perundurai.
2. In view of the submission made, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
