When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Revision, since the date of ex-parte was wrongly mentioned in the petition filed by the petitioners before the trial Court itself and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Criminal Revision Stands dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition also stands dismissed.
