JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 17.04.2017.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 17.04.2017 the second respondent has not considered the same yet.
3. Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader, taking notice for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the second respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to the respondents 3 and 4.
4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.04.2017 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the respondents 3 and 4, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
