The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of an application for the passing of a final decree in a suit for partition. 2. I direct the court of the Munsiff of Kasargod to consider FDIA No.50/2006 in O.S.No.63/2005 on its file expeditiously. Every endeavour shall be made to take the proceedings to a logical end within a period of four months from the date of production of this judgment.

The Original Petition is disposed of.
