Heard learned advocate for the parties.

Attention is drawn to the order dated 9.12.2011 with regard to issuance of notice qua documents at mark 4/1 and decision of the Apex Court in the case of Satyadhyan Ghosal & Ors. v. Smt. Deorajin Debi & Anr. [AIR 1960 SC 941].

So far as contention raised on modification application to exhibit document having deficit stamp duty is concerned, learned advocate for the petitioner relied on the decision of this Court in the case of Z.A.Chinwala v. Minoo Jal Pardiwala [Vol.XIX GLR 626].

Post the matter on 23rd July, 2012.
