Mayur vs State

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE P.B.MAJMUDAR) Mr.Kamal Upadhyay, learned counsel appearing for Dr.Rajesh Acharya as well as M/s.Thakkar Associates, states that in view of subsequent development, the appellant is not now willing to proceed further with the Appeal and hence seeks permission to withdraw the present Appeal.

Ms.Krina Calla, learned Assistant Government Pleader, states that State has no objection if the appellant is permitted to withdraw the Appeal.

Permission, as prayed for, is granted. Accordingly the present Appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.
