1. Heard learned advocate Mr.G.M.Joshi appearing for the petitioners and learned AGP Mr.Janak Raval appearing for respondent state.
2. Learned AGP Mr.Raval relied on the judgment dated 20/07/2010 in group of Letters Patent Appeal being Letters Patent Appeal No.85 of 2010 and connected matters.
3. Learned advocate Mr.Joshi for the petitioners submitted that present petition and the factual aspects involved in present petition stands on different footing and this petition is similar to Special Civil Application No.12537 of 2011 which has been admitted by the Court subsequent to the judgment dated 20/07/2010 in the above mentioned group of appeal.
4. Learned advocate Mr.Joshi while asserting that present petition involves similar issue as raised in Special Civil Application No.12537 of 2011, also relied on order dated 18/04/2012 passed in Special Civil Application No.6289 of 2011 and requested for similar order.
5. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner and order passed in Special Civil Application No.12537 of 2011, Rule. By way of ad interim arrangement, the respondents are directed to maintain status quo as regards petitioner's service conditions, until 26/06/2012. The matter may be listed for appropriate order with regard to the ad interim arrangement on 26/06/2012.
