Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.
The present Application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for issuance of direction to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Meerut to expedite and decide the Criminal Case No. 29 of 2009 (State Vs. Mayank Mishra and others) under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station - Mahila Thana, District - Meerut, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Meerut.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that charge sheet has been filed against the applicants in the present case and the statement of the complainant has been recorded by the Trial Court.
The present Application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of with the direction that the Chief Judicial Magistrate, meerut to consider and decide the Criminal Case No. 29 of 2009 (State Vs. Mayank Mishra and others) under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station - Mahila Thana, District - Meerut, within a period of one year from the date of filing of certified copy of this order before the court below.
With the aforesaid directions, this application is finally disposed of.
