Mr. Majmudar, learned advocate for petitioner has submitted that the operation of the impugned order dated 05.11.2012 was stayed by the learned trial Court until 20th December 2012, and thereafter, vide order dated 21.12.2012, the operation of the impugned order is again extended for 15 days.
Though, there is nothing on record to show that after the order was passed on 05.11.2012, its operation was stayed until 20.12.2012, however, relying on the statement made in para 10 of the petition and fax copy of application dated 21.12.2012 and order dated 21.12.2012 said to have been passed below said application, learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that the operation of the order dated 05.11.2012 is stayed by the learned trial Court.
