C.M. Application No. 97517 of 2019 Mr. Asit Chaturvedi, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Mr. R.S. Bajpai, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.5. The 'Vakalatnama' is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the the petitioner states that an application to withdraw the writ petition has been filed.
The application has been called from the Registry and is taken on record.
In view of the prayer made in the application, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
The application for withdrawal of the writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid.
