The instant petition seeks quashing of the first information report dated 22.3.2019 registered as Case Crime No.95 of 2019, under Sections 147, 148, 323 and 427 I.P.C. and r/w Section 7 of Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 1932, P.S. Mutthiganj, District Allahabad.
The allegations in the impugned first information report are to the effect that the accused at public place indulged in Maarpeet and firing.
The petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to apply for bail.
