Heard learned counsel for the applicants as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material available on record.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the impugned charge sheet dated 23.06.2019 as well as cognizance order dated 14.10.2019 in Case No. 9424 of 2019 (State vs. Mayank Gupta and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 991 of 2018, under Sections 420, 323, 504, 506 of IPC, Police Station- Ijjat Nagar, District- Bareilly, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bareilly.
Learned counsel for the applicants has stated that a compromise has been entered between the parties as the offences are compoundable.
There is no requirement of any order from this Court in this regard. However, the applicants are at liberty to move an application for compromise within 15 days from today before competent court who shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law considering the factum of compromise as early as possible.
With the aforesaid observation, this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of finally.
