…PETITIONER … RESPONDENTS THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLE 226 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO DIRECT THE RESPONDENTS TO CONSIDER THE REPRESENTATION OF THE PETITIONER DATED 20.12.2017 VIDE ANNEXURE M AND FURTHER DIRECT R-2 TO IMPLEMENT THE ORDERS PASSED BY THIS HON’BLE COURT IN W.P 20822-20830/2016 VIDE ANNEXURE H AND ALLOT SITE BEARING NO.LIG 177 SITUATED IN BANDEMATA, BENGALURU, AND ETC.
THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Sri.Ajit Kalyan, learned counsel for the petitioner. Sri.Vijay Kumar A.Patil, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondent No.1.
Sri.Basavaraj V.Sabarad, learned counsel for the respondent No.2.
2. The petition is admitted for hearing. With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
3. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 20.12.2017.
4. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner.
5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the petition is disposed of with a direction that suitable action, if not already taken on the representation submitted by the petitioner, shall be taken in accordance with law by the competent authority by a speaking order within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. Till then, interim order, if any, shall continue. With regard to the other relief which has been claimed by the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to take recourse to such remedy as may be available to him under the law. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits.
