Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri G.P.Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned FIR as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer to direct the Investigating Officer to conclude the fair and impartial investigation in pursuance of the FIR dated 25.4.2019 registered as Case Crime No.324 of 2019, under Sections 147, 323, 354, 504, 506, 427, 452 I.P.C., P.S.
Karnalganj, District Prayagraj.
It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is the informant of the present case and she has come up before this Court with a prayer that direction be given to the respondent (Investigating Officer) for fair investigation in the matter as she apprehends that investigation is not being carried out in a fair and proper manner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties, we direct the Investigating Officer of the present case to conclude the investigation of the present case and submit a police report before the Magistrate concerned expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
With the above directions this petition is finally disposed of.
