JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned Public Prosecutor submits that after investigation, charge sheet has already been filed against the 4th respondent and it has been taken on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-II, Ernakulam, as C.C. No.4444/2013. Hence, this petition is closed.
If the petitioner has got any grievance against any Police Officer or any other person, she is at liberty to file fresh petition, if she is so advised.
